You have a full-fledged assessment in a quick and easy way that you can completely customize to your personal preferences. I would say i dislike how much you have to read into the results and analyse it because sometimes the 'percentile' score and the 'raw' score make me feel like im choosing between which score to choose from if that makes sense. I think that each job or role is listed independently, which is a bit frustrating. I'd like to be able to create a job that we're applying for and create different stages of tests, sending all applicants one test, maybe the free tests, and then another set for those who pass. But right now, I've got to create different jobs altogether for the same job, just different stages of the application process. I also think it'd be helpful to be able to try more test questions. Being able to ask more clarifying questions would be great. It's about collecting metadata or supporting information, like where candidates are based or their salary expectations, using dropdowns for collection.
