You can't make any changes at all. The questions genuinely check if the candidates know their stuff and are good at certain processes and tools, which is super helpful to figure out if they're right for specific roles. The user experience is smooth, and the interface is tidy and clear. Plus, it lets test admins keep an eye on candidates using their webcams, which stops any sneaky cheating during the test, and most other competitors don't even have that feature. **What do you dislike about TestGorilla?** The only bummer is the cost, which feels a bit on the high side compared to other options. Also, you're kind of stuck with an annual commitment by default, which might not always make sense since there are "recruitment months" and other times when things are quiet. But, you can always hit up the sales team to work out a single or multi-month deal.
