Having every interested candidate complete a few short tests prior to being invited for an interview, saves us a lot of time and shortlists the candidates by at least 75%. **What do you dislike about TestGorilla?** I would like to be able to see all the actual questions of each test so I can decide whether it is suitable for our use. The candidates list allows us to send them rejection emails but not invitation to interview or approval email. Computer literacy is a must for a fully remote company like ours, and TestGorilla has helped us avoid these mis-hires. Test Gorilla is easy for us to administer, from sending the link to the candidate to being alerted when they have completed the tests. **What do you dislike about TestGorilla?** TestGorilla can be very expensive for a small business like ours. Luckily, we are grandfathered in on an older plan that works for us. The current plans are priced out of reach for a small company. **What problems is TestGorilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** TestGorilla solves the problem of not knowing how computer savvy a candidate is.
