The platform connects the entire workflow from participant intake through to payroll, invoicing, reporting, and audit evidence, reducing duplicate data entry and compliance risks. Common problems it aims to solve include: Disconnected rostering and payroll systems Manual NDIS claiming processes Compliance and audit preparation challenges SCHADS Award interpretation risks Limited visibility across operations and workforce management Benefits include: Reduced administrative workload Simplified payroll processing Improved compliance management Time savings through automation Responsive customer support Easier management of participant and workforce data within a single system TesseractApps positions itself as a comprehensive NDIS operations platform that combines compliance, workforce management, payroll, participant management, and financial processes into a single system. Publicly available reviews are generally positive and focus on operational efficiency, compliance improvements, customer support, and reducing the need for multiple software products. For an award nomination or marketing submission, the strongest differentiators appear to be its end-to-end NDIS workflow integration, SCHADS payroll automation, compliance management capabilities, and ability to centralise multiple operational functions within one platform.
