The web-based platform centralizes projects, estimates, invoicing, scheduling, time tracking, and resource management. Configurable to company workflows, it displays only the needed features. The Projects module tracks job details, budgets, and punch lists with cost monitoring and mapping. Estimates use vendor pricing and labor rates, generating shareable links for client approval. Time Tracking logs crew hours with location data for payroll. Scheduling uses Gantt charts with task dependencies that adjust for delays. Pricing tools match vendor lists to a master catalog for accuracy. Site Design calculates square footage from plans. Purchasing tracks orders and deliveries. Role-based access controls manage user permissions. The browser-based system works on any device without installation.
