Tenderpod Reviews & Product Details

TenderPod is SI (AI) powered tender software for construction trade businesses in Australia. It suits electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire services contractors, and the suppliers who quote to them. Three SI agents share the work. TakeOff Tom reads the whole tender pack, addenda included, and drafts the bill of quantities. Estimating Ethan prices each line from your own products, kits and costs in Odoo or NetSuite. Proposal Pam writes a proposal for each builder on the bid list. Your team approves every step. The SI suggests a margin with a reason, but every price is worked out from your own records. It never makes a price up. Each client has its own private database. Tom and Pam never see your prices. What the agents learn from your corrections stays your company's IP. TenderPod takes tenders from EstimateOne and email, and saves approved quotes as drafts in your ERP. Features to tick: Estimating, Bid management, Proposal generation, Quote management, Takeoff, Document management, Approval workflow, Templates, Collaboration tools, Reporting.
