  ### 1. Landed some new clients with Telivy

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

We used Telivy to do a deep scan of the web, as well as find compromised and reused passwords in order to tell new customers how they could be affected by cybersecurity attacks. We were able to onboard many new customers due to these features.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

Sometimes, the installer doesn't work exactly as planned. it does not work from a flash drive either, it will only work on the physical computer, so quick deployements using a flash drive or running from a toolbox on a remote management software such as screenconnect will not work

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telivy is able to put together an estimated price on recovering from a cyber attack, allowing us to sell more AV and Backup solutions to customers who need it the most. The customers are able to see a major cost different between preventing an attack and recovering from one

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

Telivy has provided us with a platform that unifies a large number of aspects with regards to risk management reporting. The ability to scan endpoints for vulnerability and sensitive data, reporting on insecurely stored passwords and password reuse (through browser stored password inspection), to reviewing credentials against known dark web breaches and reporting on the security of accounts in Microsoft 365 make it a powerful tool.

It is simple to deploy through a number of options, such as a powershell script (which we use through our RMM tool to mass deploy to client sites), as well as an MSI file that can either be scripted or distributed via other means.

When we've had issues, their support team has been quick to respond to tickets that we've logged with them. The resolution of the issues has been varied, with the major issue being the false positives that I mentioned with regards to the PII scanning tool.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

We have found that the PII scanning tool has thrown a lot of false positives. I aware that this is something that they are working on, but there is still work to be done. The report results for this side of the tool should be reviewed for accuracy. Occasionally we have machines that don't report vulnerability scan data. The vast majority of the time a rescan of the device (triggered simply with a "rescan" button" resolves this issue.

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Telivy for IT risk assessments for our existing client base and when assessing new clients to help us to be aware of how best we can help them to improve their overall cybersecurity posture. It help us to aggregate the results quicker to make it easier to assemble our final reports for our clients and prospects.

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

From a risk assessment point of view I am able to scan Internal and External Vulnerabilities. I also get browser based saved passwords, M365 Vulnerabilities, Dark Web breaches and risky applications. This gives me the ability to show my prospects their risk which makes closing  sale so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

Not much to dislike. It has everything and they are always adding new features to the products

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting is the main benefit to me. In the future I will be doing ongoing risk assessments

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

I love the interface, the ease of use, and the thoroughness of the assessments. Customer support is excellent, but it was easy to use right away. We use Telivy often, and it has done an excellent job each time.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

No downsides I can think of, the platform works great for us.

A way to get a cybersecurity assessment for clients and prospects thoroughly and with documentation/reports.

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

My experience with Telivy has been amazing! We have been utilizing their product for several months now and have seen incredible change based on feedback and feature requests we put in with them.  We enjoy having a partner who listens and doesn't make excuses.  When I have problems they jump to fix it, They don't make excuses they execute, they communicate problems and new features really well and are hyper-focused our success.  When I need additional features and capabilities they turn it around quickly. My most recent request was the ability to gather information from MAC computers, They literally built it from scratch in a matter of weeks and it works amazing. Their external domain scanning works really well, they find things I didn't even know were there. We use their product to show our customers gaps and risks to their business and it helps us to grow our business. We look forward to our ongoing partnership with Telivy and you will to!

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

You know, No one is perfect but its about how you handle it. Telivy is better then most of the vendors i work with. They dedicate technical resources quickly and their turn around is faster then i have ever seen.

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding business risk and teaching customers what their risk is.

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

The customer support was really the best part of working with Telivy. They are constantly making major imporvements to the functionality of their software and they've been there along the way to support us as we learn to use the system. They're very focused on user feedback and are actively adapting their system based on it.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

The software interface started a little rough and had to rely on an external form to initiate the service. However, they've since fixed that and the process is completely different than it was when we first started.

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need visibility into the status of our client's networks, vulnerabilities, security postures, and potential threats we don't know is out there. There's a lot of different software that is currently doing this, but Telivy has brought it all together in an easy to use & understand dashboard that analyzes multiple data sources.

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

Side by side comparison of every possible insurance solution by a team that is actually working for your best interest. Although this is probably a rare situation Telivy saved one of my clients nearly 65% on cyber insurance.Their scan tool SalusWall is great as well and helped us secure all of our clients networks.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

Not much to dislike, they created a unique product with a huge potential. The one thing I wish they added to their scanning tool is your Microsoft secure score.

We currently use Telivy for external scanning  to find a patch our clients network vulnerabilities.

**What do you like best about Telivy?**

The truth is that there is no single tool that solves the assessment product. And putting together a report with disparate tools in a successful way is painful and time consuming. Telivy streamlines that process.

**What do you dislike about Telivy?**

The only thing I would criticize is the time to get back the assessment. But I know they are looking at ways to speed that up.

**What problems is Telivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce labor overhead associated with doing IT assessments in a pre-sales capacity.
