Teldrip Pulse Reviews & Product Details

Teldrip Pulse is a call intelligence and pay-per-call platform built for performance marketers, publishers, advertisers, and call brokers who monetize and manage inbound call traffic. It combines real-time bidding, visual call routing, AI-generated IVR flows, and live fraud detection in one connected workspace — replacing the spreadsheets, manual routing rules, and disconnected call-tracking tools that most performance marketing teams stitch together today. Call Tracking and Reporting Every inbound call is tracked from source to outcome inside a live reporting dashboard showing calls today, conversion rate, revenue, and margin as they happen — not on a delay. Traffic is automatically broken down by UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, sub-IDs), so publishers and advertisers can see exactly which channel, campaign, or sub-affiliate is driving billable calls versus no-answers and system hangups. A Publisher Trust Leaderboard aggregates fraud signals, flag rates, and TCPA coverage per publisher, making it easy to identify and cut underperforming or risky traffic sources. Real-Time Bidding (RTB) Engine Pulse's RTB engine runs live call auctions in sub-100ms, with a full set of tools built around it: - Bidders — each advertiser is configured with a Ping (anonymized bid request) and Post (full caller data to the winning bidder) phase. Bidders can be created from templates or described in plain English for AI to configure automatically. - Floor Prices & Rules — minimum acceptable bid amounts can be scoped to the workspace, a vertical, a campaign, a publisher, or even caller geography, with the highest applicable floor always winning and a built-in inspector to verify which rule applies before traffic goes live. - Test Bench — a full auction simulator lets teams run a fake call with a chosen state, ZIP, vertical, and publisher to see exactly which bidders would bid, decline, time out, or get filtered, and why — without spending a real call to find out. - Schema Library — pre-built bid request and response schemas (including Ringba- and Invoca-compatible formats) so onboarding a new advertiser takes seconds instead of hours of manual field-mapping. - RTB Logs — every outbound ping/post/callback Teldrip sends to advertisers, and every inbound request publishers send in, is logged with full request/response bodies and latency breakdowns for debugging routing and rejection issues. Routing Plans Visual, graph-based routing plans let teams rank bidders by priority, weight, and price, and filter on captured call data like state, age, or ZIP. Plans support four types of conditional branching — data-based, time-based (timezone-aware day/hour windows), origin-based (ad-driven vs. direct traffic), and result-based (handling declined, timed-out, or below-floor outcomes differently) — with a lane-based visual canvas that lays out branches automatically. Plans can also be generated by describing the desired routing logic in plain English. IVR Builder Inbound call flows are built visually by dragging nodes onto a canvas, choosing a template, or describing the desired flow in plain English (or out loud) for AI to generate automatically. The builder is error-aware — it flags issues like a menu option with no destination handoff before the flow ever goes live — and every flow can capture caller variables (ZIP, age, state) that feed directly into routing plan filters. Fraud Intelligence and Compliance Pulse continuously monitors for TCPA litigator numbers, spoofed caller IDs, and bot traffic, auto-blocking known bad actors in real time. An AI fraud model scores incoming traffic and flags anomalies — like a sudden conversion drop from a specific buyer or an abnormal spike in call attempts from one source — before they cost real payout dollars. Conversation AI and Call Quality Calls are automatically transcribed and scored for sentiment and intent, with critical calls flagged for QA review. This turns raw call recordings into structured signals publishers and advertisers can act on, rather than audio files nobody has time to listen to. Payout Management and Attribution Publisher payouts are calculated and managed automatically based on qualified, converted calls, with closed-loop attribution feeding conversion outcomes back through server-side APIs — so revenue share reconciles against real, verified results rather than raw call volume. Who it's for Teldrip Pulse is built for performance marketers, lead generation agencies, pay-per-call publishers, insurance and financial services advertisers, and call brokers who need real-time bidding, fraud protection, and transparent attribution across every inbound call channel.
