Techtracker provides our team real time notifications so we can reach out to these companies and sell to them. We also use Techtracker to monitor accounts to see who changes CRM for upsell opportunities. Techtracker has driven extensive revenue based on that to our teams. **What do you dislike about Tech Tracker?** Wish they could track more of our competitors, we requested it and will be included in the tracking soon, so that is nice. Also we love native enrichment in Salesforce that is not live yet but coming. **Recommendations to others considering Tech Tracker:** Website and Technology alerts is a must for any SaaS company **What problems is Tech Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identify new opportunities based on Technology installs. Identify upsell opportunities. Research prior to sales calls to talks about the prospects tech stack etc. ### 2. You just need to know what tech you are looking for and boom, techtracker is eager to serve.. **What do you dislike about Tech Tracker?** I realize a product is ever improving but wish they could get to the end product in a jiffy :) **What problems is Tech Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching for companies that are using a specific technology. The data from techtracker is much more reliable than others in the market. If you've used similar tech you'd have already faced issues like 'we had that tech 3 years back but not anymore', techtracker is fairly accurate and is probably built to solve this very issue. ### 5. It allows you to be reactive and proactive. **What do you dislike about Tech Tracker?** TT still need to improve the country based search. For example, TT can find .es or .fr websites, but cannot find .com that are based in France / Spain or wherever you are interested in. **Recommendations to others considering Tech Tracker:** TT still needs some time to clean some things. But it's becoming a great product. If you're a bit patient, you will get great value out of it. **What problems is Tech Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** TT helps me to find out which companies are using Competitors technologies, so I can reach them with a customized message. So my "cold-email" becomes warmer thanks to the customization that TT brings me with the data that they crawl. ### 8.
