TeamBooks Reviews & Product Details

TeamBooks is WooCommerce bookkeeping for shops that sell from more than one place: a counter, a website, a delivery van. Orders and products come in from your WooCommerce store, so you don't type them twice. TeamBooks puts the cost on each product variation, spreads payroll across the days it was earned, and shows every store's numbers side by side: what each store, counter or van actually kept after cost of goods and overhead, stock where it really sits (warehouse, shop shelf or out with a driver), expenses logged and categorised from your phone, and payroll as gross pay spread into a daily operating cost. Month-end exports as a QuickBooks or Xero CSV for your accountant. Invite your team with roles you name and permissions you set, with the same books on phone and web. TeamBooks is not tax software: it does not track sales tax, send invoices or reconcile your bank, and payroll is gross pay only. Works with WooCommerce stores. Free plan available.
