TaxFormify tax admin for accountants Reviews & Product Details

TaxFormify is client intake and document collection software for small and solo tax, bookkeeping and accounting firms in Canada and the US. It replaces the email, spreadsheet and shared-drive patchwork firms use to chase clients every season. Firms send a smart questionnaire that adapts to each client's answers. Clients fill it in, upload documents and e-sign from a simple link, with no account or login. When they submit, they get an email checklist of the supporting documents their answers call for, so fewer follow-ups are needed. Everything a small practice needs lives in one place: questionnaires, document requests, e-signatures, client messaging and automated reminders for clients with an account. There's nothing to connect or maintain. Built-in AI handles expense categorization, and your team approves every result. Plans start at $79 USD / $109 CAD a month, month to month, with no setup fee. Team seats are included and never billed per head. Try it free for 14 days.
