Tarno Reviews & Provider Details

Tarno is an all-in-one community management and automated moderation platform designed specifically for WhatsApp groups and multi-group organizations. It allows community managers, event organizers, and businesses to connect their WhatsApp accounts via QR code and manage multiple chat groups from a centralized web dashboard. The platform automates group moderation 24/7 to protect communities from spam, unauthorized links, and malicious participants. Managers can create custom rule sets using a guided Rule Wizard to filter blacklisted keywords, restrict external domain links, enforce quiet hours based on the workspace timezone, and block unwanted media formats (stickers, audio notes, images, or documents). Tarno supports multi-strike escalation workflows, issuing automatic warnings to rule-breakers and kicking repeat offenders. In addition to moderation, Tarno provides group curation tools, including cross-group member roster searches, custom member tagging, join request waitlist gatekeeping with one-click approval, and downloadable member rosters (CSV/JSON). Key Features: - 24/7 Automated Spam & Link Defense: Automatically detect and remove unauthorized links, domain spam, or phishing attempts. - Multi-Strike Escalation System: Warn violators with customizable messages and automatically remove participants after reaching a strike threshold. - Multi-Group Community Clusters: Organize physical WhatsApp groups into logical community clusters with unified member rosters. - Rule Wizard & Scheduling: Configure keyword blacklists, media restrictions, and quiet hours synchronized with your local timezone. - Waitlist & Join Request Gatekeeping: Review, approve, or reject incoming WhatsApp group invite link requests directly from the web interface. - Global Member Search & Categorization: Search members across all linked groups by phone number or display name, and annotate profiles with custom tags. - Multi-Language & RTL Support: Fully localized interface across 7 languages (English, Hebrew, Ukrainian, Spanish, German, French, and Russian) with full RTL layout support. - Roster & Data Export: Export member rosters and participant lists to CSV or JSON for external CRM integration.
