I love that it gives my potential clients scoping us out on Instagram an accessible place for them to find what they are looking for quickly. **What do you dislike about Taplink?** This is seriously a minor qualm, but some of the design elements are rather limited. There aren't that many fonts to choose from, however we've gotten around this by creating image graphics and just attaching hyperlinks to them. **What problems is Taplink solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the people who discover my business through Instagram, Taplink serves as a marketing platform, a lead magnet, and an updates/ announcements page. This is great since most people on IG want answers immediately, instead of doing research on our website. ### 3. The customization of branding is endless! Also connecting it to my domain was seamless. **What do you dislike about Taplink?** The various pages I can create within the link are great, however I wish there was a way to name those subpages such as website.com/custom name It gives me a link I can use for these pages but it's a mix of letters and numbers that aren't easy to remember. Also I've found that the countdown timer can be glitchy. I'll click a date to countdown to and it will change by itself. I've contacted support about it but nothing has changed. **What problems is Taplink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidation of the various sites my people visit which I have scattered all over different platforms between my course, podcast, website, social media etc, this allows it to be a one stop shop! ### 4. Unlike other bio link solutions where you can add only URL links as blocks, you can add multimedia content (videos, pictures, icons, etc.) You can also build multiple pages, as you can do with a standard website. And instead of multiple pages, you can create carousels so that you maintain the main "homepage" but show different images. Another feature I love about Taplink is when I embed a YouTube video, it is interactive such that a user can subscribe to the channel without leaving the Taplink page. With other bio link builders, they will have to leave and log into the YouTube app to be able to subscribe. This feature alone is exceptionally beneficial for not losing users. Taplink is mobile-first optimized. So even though I can display the pages I build in a desktop browser, they do not resize to fit; they maintain their mobile dimensions. But that said, viewed on a mobile phone, the pages you can build are gorgeous. **What do you dislike about Taplink?** Getting started can be a bit tricky, and navigating the user interface isn't always intuitive, especially while working with multiple profiles. But once you reach the builder, you quickly forget the initial frustrations because what you are able to create is very fulfilling. **What problems is Taplink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instagram limits how much leverage you have especially when you have fewer followers. All you get is one bio-link. So if you need different links to accompany various posts, you would have to keep changing your bio-link, which is not practical. Taplink fixes that problem. So I am able to add multiple links with reference media to every post I want to add an external link to. For instance, I am able to add links to detailed surveys, landing pages, privately hosted videos, and even YouTube videos (you can add links to channels).
