TalentRank Reviews & Product Details

TalentRank is a platform designed to reduce time and cost inefficiencies in recruitment by making interview, evaluation and screening processes AI powered. Through interviews conducted with a realistic avatar that feels like a real human conversation, we assess candidates in a detailed and objective manner. In addition to interviews, TalentRank enables bulk candidate evaluation through AI powered CV parsing. Companies can automatically score applicants based on position specific criteria and efficiently shortlist top candidates, even for high volume roles. Recruitment teams can create custom workflows, send automated emails and integrate TalentRank with over 30 applicant tracking systems (ATS) to fit into their existing hiring process. By automating the screening process from CV evaluation to interviews, TalentRank helps hiring teams reduce manual workload, improve scalability and make faster, fairer and data driven hiring decisions.
