Talay Reviews & Product Details

Talay is an inquiry assistant for dive centres and dive shops. It answers divers' WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages within seconds, in ten languages, using the centre's own prices and policies. It follows up automatically and lets divers book online with a deposit, all under the centre's own name. The team can take over any conversation, choose whether Talay answers day and night or only outside office hours, and see conversations, bookings and results in one dashboard. Talay works alongside the centre's existing booking system. Free to use: no setup fee, no subscription; centres only pay a commission on bookings made through Talay.
