Take Care Recruiting AG Reviews & Provider Details

Take Care Recruiting AG is a healthcare recruitment and staffing service based in Zurich, Switzerland. It helps hospitals, clinics, care homes, medical practices and home-care organisations find healthcare professionals for permanent positions and temporary assignments. The service covers nursing and care roles, including registered nurses and FaGe, as well as medical practice assistants and physicians. Employers work with a recruiter to define the role and receive candidate profiles selected for their requirements. TakeCare describes its screening process as including interviews, references, diploma checks and relevant professional-register checks. TakeCare supports both planned hiring and short-term staffing needs. Its services also include confidential recruitment searches, allowing employers to discuss replacements or leadership roles without a public job posting. The company serves healthcare organisations across German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. The offering is a recruiter-led service, supported by a professional network and matching technology. It is intended for employers seeking recruitment support, rather than companies looking to buy applicant-tracking or recruitment software. Employers can contact TakeCare to discuss their vacancy, assignment needs and applicable terms.
