TailPro Reviews & Product Details

TailPro is an all in one pet care business management platform built for UK pet care professionals. It brings bookings, customers, pets, staff, payments and day to day operations together in one place, helping businesses spend less time managing administration and more time caring for pets and customers. TailPro is designed for dog walkers, pet sitters, groomers, trainers, boarding businesses, kennels, daycare providers and other pet care businesses. Businesses can offer 24/7 online booking, allowing customers to book services based on real time availability without relying on WhatsApp messages, phone calls, spreadsheets or paper diaries. TailPro supports one off, recurring, multi day and multi slot bookings, with automated confirmations and reminders. Businesses can manage customer and pet records in one place, including household and multi pet profiles, booking history and important pet information. Staff availability, schedules and assigned work can also be managed alongside bookings, giving teams a clearer view of daily operations. TailPro also connects the booking process with online payments and income protection, allowing businesses to collect deposits or full payment when customers book. Invoicing and payment records help businesses keep track of what has been paid and reduce the need for manual payment chasing. Flexible pricing and business tools allow pet care businesses to configure services, add ons, discounts, breed specific rates and peak time pricing around the way they operate. Features such as Smart Discounts can help businesses target quieter periods, while Multi Slot Booking makes it easier for customers to secure several future appointments in one checkout. TailPro also provides sales and business reporting, helping owners understand bookings, revenue and business activity from a central platform. Whether you run a solo dog walking business or a growing pet care team, TailPro provides the tools to manage bookings, customers, pets, staff, payments and operations from one connected system.
