Tachyon ERP Reviews & Product Details

Tachyon ERP is an all-in-one platform for auto repair and service workshops that goes beyond job management: it includes a full general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and complete HR and payroll in the same system. Most workshop software stops at estimates and invoicing and hands the rest to a separate accounting and payroll app — Tachyon ERP keeps the books natively, reconciling automatically against the jobs you've billed. Core workshop features: estimates, work orders, invoicing, digital vehicle inspections, parts and inventory, customer and vehicle records, insurer/collision billing, SMS/WhatsApp reminders, loyalty programs, and a customer portal. AI-assisted estimating is built in from the Business tier up. Plans scale from a low-cost entry tier for small shops to a full-ERP Business plan with multi-branch and role-based access control, and enterprise-grade security (audit trail, encryption). Free trial available, no card required.
