It's extremely easy to deploy and integrate, it provides everything we need out of the box from monitoring and security perspective. The best thing about Sysdig platform is working with Sysdig team to address our needs and work with us to get the most out of the platform. The team is always available to answer questions and provide support and guidance and has been the best experience I've had in my career working with a software vendor company. We have initially started with our own on-prem deployment of Sysdig, but have migrated to SaaS offering in order to leverage newest features offered by the platform more rapidly. In addition, the Sysdig product team was very receptive to hear our own unique use cases and help include features and functionalities that address our unique business needs. There is nothing I dislike about Sysdig at this time. The platform has been extremely easy to integrate into our cloud and we rely heavily on it for our monitoring and security needs. The depth of the product's inspection into anything in Linux VMs and even more so in Kubernetes clusters and most importantly the applications you run. Few other offerings have such in-depth inspection and on top of that allowing alerting or actions upon those things in a fully customizable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there's almost too much depth, but only if you don't know what you're looking for, which is essentially related to the users knowledge of what they are tasking Sysdig to work with. Here at SAP Concur we love how Sysdig comes with a great set of metrics out of the box. The main benefits are :

• Open source roots

• security and monitoring in one tool

• Support for PromQL

Sometimes dashboards are slow and returning data errors, for the Container ecosystem team it is fine because we know how to handle it but R&D teams would like just to have dashboards out of the box. Sometimes teams are not able to segment per environment, maybe this view could be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am very impressed with the comprehensive container security monitoring Sysdig offers. While my use case was entirely with container security and monitoring containers for vulnerabilities and mapping the vulnerabilities to FedRAMP Moderate controls; I am very impressed with the core capability of digging into the system calls/processes a machine executes. Additionally, as companies move to devsecops, sysdig can serve a key role with integrating with CI/CD pipelines to push security considerations to the left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sysdig is a fantastic CI/CD and security monitoring tool; however the amount of data the tool can provide may mislead or overload compliance audits. The sysdig team is highly responsive and actively working to tune the tool to the compliance workload case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes we receive some incidents about availability and performance of Sysdig Security and Monitor. I think Sysdig is working on that to solve and improve high availability of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to integrate with all the technologies we work with. We can see all our solutions in one pane of glass and deep dive into complex issues. Support and TAMs have been excellent whenever we needed help, which happens on rare occasions but it's good to know they are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Onboard teams quickly with a bundle of dashboards to cherry pick from

A single Sysdig agent on a Kubernetes node provides metrics AND real-time security. Once the agent is installed, there is almost no configuration you need to do to start creating dashboards and alerts. Most of the dashboards can be generated automatically from the built-in ones they provide. The integration with Slack is a real bonus also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
