What do you like best about Syncle?

What do you dislike about Syncle?

What do you like best about Syncle?

At Kotryna Group we decided to implement Videoly mainly because it is easy to implement and because it has proved to increase the conversion rate (up to +7%) and revenue. The platform is easy to use. Eventhough the video embedment happens automatically, we can add our own videos as well. The video player loads fast and does not lag, which is very important.

Working with the Videoly team - Lucas, Georgina and Petr has been easy and straight forward. Everyone has been very professional and providing answers to me when I need them.

We looked into some alternatives to Videoly, but did not find anyone doing exactly the same. Videoly seemed to be the easiest option out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syncle?

At Elisa we implemented Videoly because we wanted to increase sales, which we were able to with over 10 % increase in online shop conversion rate. It is great to also see that our customer satisfaction score has increased by a few points

Once there was a video of an older product version, but it was corrected pretty fast. I like the fact that we can control the display of videos ourselves, by choosing and switching videos on and off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to give the people hands on experience in the online shop. Online shops are in a weaker position in this respect because the hands on experience is missing. Obviously the same experience as in the physical store cannot be completely replaced, but videos gets us closer to it, which is not possible with text or images only. What do you like best about Syncle?

Videoly takes the stress and cost out of curating video content for your eCommerce site. By using Videoly, you are quickly inundated with videos across a wide spectrum of your product range. This allows for a seamless experience for the customer, where video content is now more important than ever.

What do you dislike about Syncle?

At this stage, Videoly only offers YouTube video integration. We would like further options to find and curate videos from Instagram and TikTok, but from our discussions with the Videoly team, this is on the cards.

We also have been taught workarounds for these videos, which although manual, still allow us to show these videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our number one request from customers is to see the product used in real time, so having Videoly collate how-to videos resolves this problem instantly. Customers are aware of the tricks on using products, as well as honest opinions from reviewers on YouTube.

What do you like best about Syncle?

The best part about Videoly is that everything works automatically and you don´t have to do anything. We have almost 180 000 products and Videoly added videos on 12% of our total products. Videoly said they could cover around 10-15% of our products which they delivered on.

I also love the great support we've received from Videoly. I wanted help to change the layout and placement of the widget and they guide through every step of the process.

They also deliver monthly reports in our dashboard/control panel which is very important for us because we want to make decisions based on data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
