This ease of installation allowed me to start quickly. I love the flexibility it offers in terms of training, as I can train whenever I want and on any subject, which is extremely convenient. The ability to customize configurations and choose different scenarios significantly enhances my user experience. Symplif.ai allows me to configure and personalize multiple sessions, which is much more efficient compared to the in-person training on a single subject I used to do before. It also allows me to train at my own pace and review best practices by repeating exercises. We have created custom made scenarios and situations so every sales rep could speak with an avatar playing the role of our Ideal Customer Profiles, in their specific industries. In a matter of weeks, my team now feels more confident in our sales process, our sales methodoogy (BANT) and product knowledge. The UI is intuitive, our sales people find it easy to track their progress. We use it 30 min per week on average, with spikes when a new product is released for instance. Starting is incredibly easy: no integration is required. Oh, and of course our aim has been achieved: we have increased our close rate by having our sales team apply our metodology and better understand our customers needs and better know our products. Our next users will be Service Center agents ! And managers to train them on people management soft skills and techniques **What do you dislike about Symplif.ai?** Nothing I can think of.
