Symbe has made it so easy to create business cases that my prospects and customers love. Being able to collaborate with my champion directly on the business case is a bonus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing I can think of right now as the team are consistently making improvements! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So easy to set up a business case and engage with prospects. Works really well as a discovery guide to build value from the very beginning. When it's ready, my prospect can use it for their internal decision making -full branded for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to make sure you get the right data from the client to maximise the value of Symbe, otherwise I find its ease of use tremendous Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I always struggle to put a business case together - having to work in a messy excel, and then spend time to create a presentation.

With Symbe I can access my business case templates and very easily share and collaborate with my champion to get the information and metrics needed that the Economic buyer cares about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. What a wonderful tool. I use it every day. So happy I don't have to use excel anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Symbe to me is like having a value prop/ROI/Business case co pilot where it helps gives form to the value of what a company, product, or solution has to offer. Easy to use, really easy to understand, the team is top notch, and it creates a way for me to communicate what I have unique to each buyers situation, wrapped up in a bow so instead of me showing a Google doc with some excel slides, or my poor excuse for designing graphics and visuals, it takes the hard work out of it so I can focus on what I need to deliver which is.... my unique value proposition in an easy to understand business case. Wish it had more flexibility in some areas, but nothing that is a dealbreaker and the team is already implemented some things I have asked for, so nothing to dislike that I would say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have long hated business cases. I hated writing them. I hated reading them. The problem was that I was always unsure what each stakeholder was thinking as I read/wrote them. I didn't realise it was possible for each stakeholder to collaborate and align online and draft together. Symbe has shifted that completely. Easy to use, simple to reuse the content on Symbe for other business cases, and (almost) fun to collaborate on business cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's important to note that Symbe is very new so there is work to do for it to get wide adoption. Just because a vendor is using it now, does not mean the buyer also has Symbe. I assume this will change over time but is worth noting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to get to grips with, it didn't take much time away from my deal to create a business case. Seeing how the prospect has interacted with it and is using it to sell our product internally is great to understand what matters to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
