Swivl Reviews & Product Details

Swivl is an AI-powered field service management platform built for small and medium-sized field service businesses in trades like plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, and landscaping. It brings the entire operation into one place: scheduling and dispatching, a built-in CRM, AI-generated estimates, invoicing and payments, a QuickBooks integration, and an AI website builder that lets any service business launch a professional site in minutes. What sets Swivl apart is its pricing model. Every plan, including the free Starter tier, comes with unlimited users and no credit card required to sign up. Instead of charging per seat like most field service software, Swivl uses a credit-based system: core operational tools (scheduling, CRM, invoicing, job tracking) are free and unlimited, while AI-heavy features like the AI Receptionist, AI Estimator, and automated SMS/marketing consume credits. That means a growing crew never grows the software bill just for adding technicians. Swivl's AI Receptionist answers missed calls and captures leads automatically, a common failure point for busy trades businesses that lose jobs to competitors when nobody picks up. The AI Estimator turns a job description into a professional, customer-ready estimate in minutes instead of hours, using pricing templates and historical job data. Real-time job tracking, GPS-enabled dispatch, and mobile access mean office staff and field technicians share the same up-to-date picture of every job from first contact to final invoice. Swivl is designed specifically for the operational reality of small service businesses: a two-truck plumbing outfit and a fifty-person cleaning company both need fast quoting, simple scheduling, and reliable follow-up, without paying enterprise software prices or learning a bloated platform built for large field service organizations. Businesses can start free, see immediate value from day one, and scale into paid AI capacity only as they need it.
