Swifteq MCP Server for Zendesk Reviews & Product Details

Swifteq MCP Server for Zendesk connects Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible AI assistants to your Zendesk account. Ask for a weekly KPI report, a trend analysis or a QA review of last month's tickets, and the answer comes from your live Zendesk data. If you allow it, your assistant can also reply to and create tickets, draft Help Center articles and curate macros. What it covers: 41 tools for tickets and full conversations (email, messaging and WhatsApp, including attachments), users and organizations, Help Center articles across brands, macros, CSAT, ticket metrics and SLAs, and account configuration such as triggers, fields and forms. Works with: Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio and any MCP client that supports OAuth sign-in. Permissions and security: each teammate connects their own Zendesk login, so their Zendesk role and groups apply. It is read-only unless an account owner allows changes, and nothing can be deleted. Ticket data is never stored. Hosted on AWS in Ireland; Swifteq holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Pricing: free for 500 MCP calls a month per Zendesk account, no credit card required. The Team plan has unlimited calls: €49 a month covers your account and its first user, and each extra user is €9 a month. Made by Swifteq, an independent company in Dublin, Ireland, and listed on the Zendesk Marketplace.
