SwiftChecklist Reviews & Product Details

SwiftChecklist replaces the email chains, Google Forms, and scattered PDFs that slow down client onboarding for professional services firms. Built specifically for lawyers, accountants, CPAs, and consultants, it gives your team a branded client portal where new clients complete a structured intake checklist, upload documents, sign engagement letters, and pay retainer fees — all without creating an account or downloading anything. Each client receives a secure magic link to their personalized portal. Your firm controls the branding. Once files come in, your team can review, request revisions, and approve — all from a single dashboard.
