I love that we can add all employees to swift shift regardless of their licenses/certification level and help get them to work. They love the flexibility it brings to their work schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My least favorite thing about Swift shift is when you put a recurring schedule in for a new client it notifies our employees of ALL dates. For example; Client A only needs a 4-hr shift every Monday for the next 3 weeks. However, client B needs 7-days a week and 12-hour days for the next year. Unfortunately, our employees who have schedules that match will now get the notification for every single day all at one time and it blows up their phones with notifications.
