Swa Reviews & Product Details

Swa gives a whole company AI from the major model providers and governs all of it from one place. People use it where they work, in Slack, Microsoft Teams, the browser, the iPhone and Android apps, and SMS, while IT gets one dashboard for access, rules, spend, and adoption. There are no per-seat fees, and your data is never used to train the models. Key Features and Functionality: - Model choice without vendor lock-in: Swa works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Meta, and more. New models land on the platform as they ship, and an admin can switch a provider off without touching anything else. - Works where your team works: one account, one set of rules, and one bill across Slack, Teams, the browser, mobile, and SMS. - Agents for the work a team really does: teams set up agents that answer from their own documents, run on a schedule, and hand back finished Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF files. - Connected to your business systems: agents work with tools such as Jira, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and your CRM. - Governance on one screen: decide which models each team can use, see usage and cost team by team, and switch on compliance modules and audit recording for the workspaces that need them. - Cost controls: everything runs on one usage-priced balance, so finance gets one bill and one place to set limits. Primary Value and User Solutions: Most companies end up with a patchwork of personal AI subscriptions that IT can't see or control. Swa replaces it with one platform. People get strong AI inside the tools they use every day, and the business decides what each team can use, which rules apply, and what it spends. Because Swa isn't tied to a single AI vendor, what you buy this quarter keeps up as AI changes.
