"Tailored Banking for Startups and Tech Companies"
What do you like best about Svb?

What I liked best about SVB was that it was specialized in startups and tech companies, so it offered services that were much more relevant and tailored than a traditional bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Svb?

What I dislike about SVB is that it was too concentrated in the startup sector and too exposed to liquidity and interest-rate risk, which made it unstable when customers needed access to their funds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gets the job done"
What do you like best about Svb?

It is just like any other bank. I can put money in quickly through wires and transfers and easily take money out by paying vendors. It is accessible to initiate wires and outgoing payments to other countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Svb?

Searching for transactions that have occurred longer than a specific time is difficult. It takes some digging, and sometimes I am still unable to find things. It integrates with Xero nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good bank for overseas clients"
What do you like best about Svb?

I like that it is easy to access, easy to contact the support, the bureaucracy isn't impeditive, most of the information is available on the main page. It's intuitive. It lets me input many numbers for security, so if I lose one, I can change it quicly to another one available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Svb?

The website is a bit old-fashioned. It could be more eye-catching. Sometimes, I need to call support to get help on my account, and since I'm an overseas client, it's not practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
