What do you like best about surveysnap?

I like this app because it has user-friendly surveys that drive the audience towards my organization. I can manage surveys and keep the data easily. It has a very attractive and interactive UI which keeps string with the audience. The important thing is you don't need pen and paper for surveys like the old days. It has specific features to scan and record your surveys. Its customer support is also very responsive, so overall it's a great app to build your relationship with the audience. What do you dislike about surveysnap?

Sometimes it gets irritating to build a survey with a lot of popups and ads coming through. It is very expensive in comparison to the other giant survey platforms. It's more time-consuming. It didn't have free tutorials or training sessions like similar apps. I have a programmer in my team, so he told me it's not user-friendly to code the content.
