**What do you like best about Survey 360?**

Survery results are updated realtime. We can target the audience to send surveys. Also the insights are provided out of the box by Survery 360 which doesn' t require any extra efforts from our end.

**What do you dislike about Survey 360?**

We have limited options to create our own visualizations for the responses.

**What problems is Survey 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining user insights for a product's market fit is the main use case in which I've used Survey 360.
Its also cost-friendly as compared to other products in the market
