It's intuitive and user-friendly,and doesn't require additional training for users to get started. Within a matter of minutes, you can assgin tasks, track progress and nudge team members. Overall, i feel it has improved the productivity and made our team members more efficient. **What do you dislike about Upwave?** We did not find any major cons with the tool. It works as required for a small team. **What problems is Upwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping our tasks be completed on deadline and there is no more delay. With 15 questions (much better than Nielsen), we were able to report back on more than just one area of performance. ### 5. It provides many features regarding marketing and advertising the business. It advertise our products and business more far then we except. It is easy to use and provides us great promotions of our business and products. And most important thing about this is costomers satisfaction. Although, it is effective way to promote business and marketing. **What do you dislike about Upwave?** There is nothing to dislike about this but sometimes it creates lagging issues . Similarly, it's customer support should be improved and should be made much better. And it also should update it's features as time passes. I created a service called Virtual Office Tech Support to help small companies get IT support at an affordable price. I was talking to a potential distributor and they wanted some insight into how valuable this service would be. I turned to Survata and within 48 hours I had the results and was able to get the contract signed. ### 7. For the most part you can reach the audience you are trying to rech. **What do you dislike about Upwave?** I didn't like that there wasn't a ton of ways to customize it. **Recommendations to others considering Upwave:** I would highly recommend that you use this product to get data.
