**What do you like best about SurroundR?**

I like that SurroundR integrates CRM functionalities directly into LinkedIn, allowing me to have contacts, deals, and tasks all in one place. It helps me track and sync all my DMs around a LinkedIn-first go-to-market strategy, keeping interactions human and executing a difficult market motion well. I love the video feature called chirps and the ability to see what teammates are doing, which helps our team execute Surround Bound. It lets me amplify our messaging to the right people at the right time. I appreciate that it just works and provides exactly what I need, like getting email addresses, phone numbers, or additional information, and creating contacts or opportunities without leaving LinkedIn. The setup was super easy, and the customer support team is awesome, fixing issues immediately.

Nothing - any issue we have is immediately addressed and fixed

SurroundR integrates CRM into LinkedIn, allowing me to manage contacts, tasks, and DMs all in one place. It enables living in LinkedIn without switching back to the CRM, making it easy to execute our surround bound strategy.

**What do you like best about SurroundR?**

SurroundR has been fantastic with consolidating our data enrichment needs and meeting our users where they need the data most - through LinkedIn and HubSpot. The UI is clean and works great across different browsers. The speed and performance is also top notch, and the accuracy of their AI tools is fantastic at the price point for all they offer. Their team has been extremely helpful and always willing to provide their expertise and guidance, and always open to feedback. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about SurroundR?**

Not much to dislike - since the tool is relatively new and expanding capabilities very quickly there are inevitably a few minor adjustments, but their team is always responsive and acts quickly to help

**What problems is SurroundR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It meets our users where they need data and insights the most - and seamlessly syncs to the CRM to avoid any manual work that used to take much longer

**What do you like best about SurroundR?**

I think it's the convenience that SurroundR brings. It makes it much faster to add people to HubSpot so they are within our pipelines, after which we can more easily start the process of acquiring those people as customers. It saves a lot of time, which is important because we, as business owners, have limited time. Installing SurroundR was quite simple, with Timy, one of the owners, helping us through it and even calling briefly to show how it worked. I really appreciated that.

**What do you dislike about SurroundR?**

There are some small bugs occasionally. For example, when I send someone a connection request and then click the button to add someone to HubSpot, it doesn't work. Fortunately, they have a team that responds quite quickly, so these kinds of things are resolved very quickly.

**What problems is SurroundR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SurroundR saves us time by automating manual work. With one click of a button, we add LinkedIn connections to HubSpot, speeding up the process of turning prospects into customers.

I’ve been using it for a while, and I’m genuinely impressed by how much manual work it completely eliminates when filling in our CRM. It’s made the whole process smoother and more efficient for us. This tool is truly invaluable!

**What do you dislike about SurroundR?**

The Chirp function (video recording) has fewer customization options than Loom, but they’re adding new features almost weekly, so it keeps improving.

Our sales outreach is mainly on LinkedIn, and SurroundR makes it super easy to manage contacts, sync DMs, enrich contact details, handle task management with Hubspot, and send quick videos.

What I like best about SurroundR is how much time it saves on repetitive manual work while fitting naturally into my existing workflow. It removes a lot of admin and process friction, which has reduced the time I spend on manual tasks by roughly 30%. Instead of jumping between tools or spending time on repetitive actions, I can stay focused on higher-value work and move faster throughout the day.

Some workflows could use a bit more flexibility and customisation. Luckily, the product team is very quick to reply and actively listens to feedback.

I use SurroundR for outreach on LinkedIn, and it solves problems with prospecting, sequencing, and sending personal DMs. I like that it bundles so many tools I used to use separately, such as DM automation, video recording, and CRM integrations. These features make it so easy to be personal in my communications. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be pretty simple.

I don't dislike anything. The tool seems to be a perfect fit for those willing to do social selling in hubspot.

**What problems is SurroundR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Often it is that you want to target and nurture your leads that you find on LinkedIn and on Sales Navigator, and you easily lose track. When you have those leads inside HubSpot and you can enroll them in sequences, then that is ideal.

I like that SurroundR works well and is designed with the user in mind, which made a noticeable difference compared to other tools. It's very easy to set up, which really helps. The design seems to be focused on usability, which I appreciate.

I think when adding contacts to a sequence, you could have a search field to find the relevant sequence.

How easy it is use it. It is so easy to push contacts from LinkedIn to Hubspot. But mostly both founders are available 24/7.

**What do you dislike about SurroundR?**

since it is a early stage company, there are a few bugs left and right. However when notified, they are fixed within 24h.

It just saves me a lot of time and increases my output
