It was not always easy to keep everyone updated as we had the third team supporting the old back-end infrastructure to communicate with. However, it was great to realize that Surf's project managers were always able to stay on top of it and establish effective communication between all members. What do you like best about Surf?

Surf was able to offer us a solution that helped us cover all our needs at once: speed up development and reduce the project budget. It is a cross-platform application development on Flutter (it allows creating a single application for Android and iOS) and the concept of Bring Your Own Device (restaurant directors and area managers use the application on their personal phones). We needed to design a user interface for our mobile app. The app was going to have a loyalty program for customers of our supermarket chain.

Users have commented on the usability of the new design. It has really driven the growth of our loyalty program. There are currently over 10 million people taking advantage of our loyalty program and the share of purchases made with the loyalty card is over 50%. We’re very happy with our teams working together as one. We’ve been working in fortnight sprints. At the end of each sprint we were shown all the features created in it. All discussions were held in our slack channels while tasks were managed in our Jira project. It was pretty easy for the Surf team to get integrated into our development process. We needed to develop a convenient native information application in which the user can track discounts and promotions, and integrate it with the retail chain's loyalty system.

Users can now see discounts and promotions in a convenient store, make shopping lists. Fast feedback from users through the app allows us to solve their problems on-line.
