It allows us time to resolve our problem  Quick  as possible and provide resolution is a very effective

**What do you dislike about Support.com Cloud?**

everything I like they solve problem as Quick as possible sometimes also gets diconnected  So that not an issue

**What problems is Support.com Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are using the latest technology Which helps To solve problems in a more effective way  Like AI ML etc

so far I really like it and have not experienced issues

It gives me the ability to take care of things that don't take my storage and i appreciate the ease of accessing my account information

It allows me to interact with my customers and help them find solutions to their problems in a very cost effective way.

**What do you dislike about Support.com Cloud?**

The interface is a little outdated and can be somewhat slow on occasion.

Good service for the price.  The interface is a little outdated.

I like that they are implementing AI into their solution. It allows us to be more immediate in our response to our customers.

**What do you like best about Support.com Cloud?**

Its user friendly, affordable, offers customers the best step by step self-service experience leaving them more satisfied with your product and services, its cloud-based which makes it useful in assigning roles to  remote agents.

**What do you dislike about Support.com Cloud?**

Everything works great the features and the entire customer portal is very easy to use and customer friendly.

Offers a very customer friendly self service tool you should consider having it for your support department.

Nexus is a cloud based IOT platform that can be used to support IOT products. It is simple flexible and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Support.com Cloud?**

Needs Sales interaction and not online hence cannot register online and start trial. Needs help from reps in setting up the workflows
