Support Coach Reviews & Product Details

Your help desk's AI rewrites replies when agents ask. Support Coach speaks up when they don't. The reply that escalates a conversation is almost never one the agent thought to double-check — they're confident, they're busy, and they hit send. Support Coach watches the agent's draft as they type and intervenes in the only moment that matters: before the customer reads it. Three layers of coaching: • Instant hints as the agent types — rule-based, no AI, no delay. • A coaching card when they pause — an AI-suggested better version alongside their draft. • A one-click pre-send check — a quality score across eight dimensions (empathy, ownership, clarity, actionability, tone safety, professionalism, policy delivery, company tone) plus a complete rewrite in your company's voice. Nothing ever blocks sending; the agent always decides. Managers get a weekly summary of what the team was coached on — no transcript reading — and replies are scored against a tone profile your company writes, not a generic register. Privacy, by design: the customer's messages never leave the browser. Support Coach evaluates only the reply the agent is drafting, in flight, never stored. Details for IT reviewers: supportcoach.io/security We built Support Coach for our own support team first — 13 agents use it daily, and have since March 2026. Unlike post-hoc QA platforms (~$35/agent/month to review conversations after the customer read them), Support Coach acts while the reply is still a draft. $15 per agent per month, 14-day free trial, no credit card.
