Supply Wisdom provides a lot of information about each company, from a high level overview to detailed alerts. There are many easy to read charts to summarize the data for each vendor or a grouping of vendors. It also provides guidance on things to consider when doing business with each company. The insight is very helpful in assessing the risks each vendor poses to our company. We are in the early stages of implementation and still trying to figure out what information will be most useful to our company since there is so much data available. The way Supply Wisdom grouped our vendors during the implementation phase is confusing to our users and doesn't allow us to see the complete vendor portfolio in one glance. When addressed with SupplyWisdom, we were told this was how it needed to be implemented based on the way our licensing is structured. It would have been nice if we could have understood this upfront and been able to develop an alternate method or naming convention.

Another issue we have run into is the development team is in india which causes a day or more delay for us to get support on some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supply Wisdom is a powerful third party monitoring tool with a significant number of risk domains and deep depth of quality of data. I like the interface, the reporting, and the information provided on each monitored third party. The location monitoring service is a great value add. I like the alerts and most importantly, everything is cited with a source. Furthermore, their risk mitigation guidance is helpful. The tool is easy to use. The concept of receiving alerts by established domain's & event types with accompanying source articles is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The Dashboard & UI is not intuitive from a User Experience perspective.

2. The Source Articles that are associated with Alerts in the future may become broken or not found.

3. The Alerts that appear in Location Alerts are duplicated to Third-Party Alerts regardless if that Target is monitored.

4. At times, when changes or updates are made by Supply Wisdom, there are defects or unintended downstream impacts to Alerts not being received via email or Reports that are not accessible to the users in the Platform.

5. When editing Labels, its far to easy to accidently delete the entire Category and should have safeguards for confirming such an action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An amazing thing about Supply Wisdom is the amount information you get. With this comes email notifications which can be difficult to keep on top of. However, we have migrated to continuous monitoring and it removes this burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Supply Wisdom is there daily alerts and Critical Alerts. I use these alerts to proactively reach out to my Vendors to confirm they are not impacted. I also share it with my Business Partners for their awareness. They are always available and requests get completed timely and accurately. The Set Up process was very easy and quick. I find that Supply Wisdom is easy to navigate as a tool and provides valuable alerts and insights into the companies you wish to monitor and track. While the market is quickly becoming saturated with risk intelligence providers and risk quantification services, SupplyWisdom's early-mover advantage is clear when you compare the market offerings. A solid, full spectrum risk domain coverage coupled with strong UX/UI and a team that wants to be seen as an extension of your own TPRM operation combine to make a solution that can add value in a turn-key, greenfield solution or in a heavily-customized, mature enterprise environment. Given the state of AI language model technology, the full value proposition that SupplyWisdom will be able to deliver in the future is not here yet. While the team continues to innovate and implement new enhancements, this is a product that is growing and morphing in response to a dynamically changing use case and threat environment in the TPRM space. Be prepared to collaborate and engage to be successful in implementation. TPRM-focused resources are vital to being successful in implementing SupplyWisdom to the fullest potential.
