SuperBot Reviews & Product Details

SuperBot AI is customer support software that combines an AI chat agent with a shared human inbox, built for business websites and online stores. You train it on your own approved content: website pages by URL, pasted document text, help articles, product data and written question-and-answer pairs. SuperBot replies from that material instead of guessing, shows the source it used, and offers a handoff to a person when its confidence is low. Replies stream in real time and visitors get suggested follow-up questions. When a visitor needs a human, the conversation moves to your team's shared inbox with the full transcript attached, so nobody asks the customer to repeat themselves. Teammates can assign, tag and prioritise conversations, set response goals, and use business hours to decide when the AI covers alone. SuperBot also handles the work around the conversation. It captures leads into a built-in CRM with contacts and deals, shares Calendly or Cal.com booking links, looks up order status for connected stores (order number plus matching email), collects form submissions, and keeps help articles the AI can cite. Analytics cover resolution rates, CSAT, knowledge gaps and exports, and every conversation shows its sentiment. The widget offers 35 selectable languages and is customisable from your account: greeting, colours, launcher, suggested questions, contact options and handoff behaviour. Install it on any website with one script tag, or use the native Shopify app, Wix app or WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. Integrations include Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Kit, Calendly, Cal.com and signed webhooks, and an MCP connector lets you work with your support data from Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. Pricing is simple: a free-forever plan with 200 conversations a month and every feature, Starter at $25 a month for 2,000 conversations, and Pro at $60 a month for unlimited conversations. Every plan includes unlimited team seats, websites and knowledge sources, with no per-seat, per-channel or per-resolution fees.
