SupDesk Reviews & Product Details

SupDesk is a customer support platform that centralizes feedback management, live chat, help center publishing, and email ticketing into one inbox. It unifies communication channels—feedback posts, chat messages, and support emails—eliminating the need for multiple tools. Users can submit ideas, vote on features, and track progress via the feedback board, while the Kanban board organizes feedback by development stages. Live chat integrates with a script tag, capturing visitor emails to avoid lost messages. Inbound email threads conversations for seamless replies. The help center provides self-service support with searchable articles and feedback ratings. AI features categorize feedback, suggest responses, analyze sentiment, and detect duplicates. Additional tools include changelog announcements, private messaging, beta testing, waitlist management, analytics, CSAT surveys, and spam protection for feedback portals.
