RPM Reviews & Product Details

RPM by Suite Engine is an equipment dealer management application built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that helps equipment dealerships manage serialized equipment across sales, rental, service, parts, and accounting in a single system. Equipment dealerships often run operations across multiple departments, with individual units moving through purchase, sale, warranty, service, and rental stages over their working life. Without a connected system, that data lives in separate places, making it difficult to get an accurate picture of each unit's status, history, or profitability. RPM solves this by tracking every serialized unit through its complete lifecycle within Business Central, from the moment a qualifying item is purchased through sale, warranty registration, service history, and rental activation. Financial and operational data stay in the same system, giving your team a connected view without switching between platforms. RPM is designed for equipment dealerships and rental companies working with construction equipment, oil and gas equipment, trailers, containers, and similar serialized assets with complex lifecycle and billing requirements. • Equipment lifecycle tracking: RPM automatically creates equipment units when qualifying items are purchased and tracks each unit from purchase through sale, warranty, service, and rental activation, with duplicate prevention built in so one serial number always maps to one unit • Rental and fleet management: Manage your rental pool, fleet assets, and rental billing within Business Central, with customer-owned equipment transitioning to rental status while preserving complete ownership and service history • Service and parts management: Service work orders and parts management are handled within the same system as your financial and sales data, giving every department a connected view of each unit's history • Integrated accounting and A/R: Combine operational and financial data in one place, with flexible and repeatable billing and pricing structures to support collections workflows across your dealership • Subscription and recurring billing: Supports repeatable billing structures for rental and service agreements, reducing manual entry and supporting consistent invoicing across your customer base RPM is available on Microsoft AppSource and is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
