SubSmart Reviews & Product Details

SubSmart is construction software for commercial specialty subcontractors — built natively on Salesforce, inside a working commercial waterproofing subcontractor as it scaled. For subcontractors. By subcontractors. A bid board is a separately paid tool that dead-ends at "won." SubSmart's AI-assisted ITB intake feeds the same system that runs everything after: bid invite emails are read automatically, and one click creates the bid and the job. Estimate scope by scope with labor, materials, and equipment budgets. Generate branded proposals and contracts from the same data. See budget remaining, projected profit, and live WIP on one page. Book crews on a month operations board. Crews file daily reports and photos from their phones and get T&M tickets signed on-site; signed tickets become change orders and land on the bill automatically. Progress billing calculates retainage and total due, with two-way QuickBooks Online sync. For commercial specialty subs ($5M–$75M, office + field teams)
