Book crews on a month operations board. Crews file daily reports and photos from their phones and get T&M tickets signed on-site; signed tickets become change orders and land on the bill automatically. Progress billing calculates retainage and total due, with two-way QuickBooks Online sync. For commercial specialty subs ($5M–$75M, office + field teams)
