## About STRASYS
STRASYS develops management software for strategy, people and operations. Six products are sold separately, each focused on one area: Execution: strategy deployment and KPI cascading, scored quarterly on a Hoshin Kanri X-Matrix. Culture: quality culture measurement with anonymous surveys, gemba walks and a maturity radar. Leadership: competency assessment, 9-box talent review and individual development plans. Lean: cycle-time studies, waste classification and before-and-after comparison. Reflections: a decision journal for executives. Executive Tools: 58 everyday tools for managers. The products run on Android, Windows and the web with one account; iPhone after App Store approval. Data is hosted in the EU. Services STRASYS also designs and builds custom software and AI around how a company actually works, audits digital presence against 150+ points, and verifies regulatory requirements such as GDPR, KVKK and the European Accessibility Act one by one.
