There are quite a few business owners who want their website created, intergrated with other features a website would require and the same being maintained as simply as possible. Given that, the platform's offering is very relevant and convincing as well. **What do you dislike about StoresOnline?** When I first heard about StoresOnline, it seemed promising. But after using it, I found it to be quite pushy and intimidating. They were always trying to get me to sign up for more services. The cost was also a big issue for me. I had to pay a hefty upfront fee and there were additional monthly maintenance fees. I had a hard time setting up my website and didn’t see the returns on my investment that they promised. To top it all off, the adhoc charges don't seem to stop. The customer support too wasn't very helpful and came back with nothing but generic solutions **Recommendations to others considering StoresOnline:** If you’re considering StoresOnline, do your homework first. Check out what others have to say about it. Keep in mind, it’s not cheap. There’s a big upfront cost and ongoing monthly fees. Also, be ready for them to try and sell you more once you’re in. If you’re good with tech, there might be cheaper options for you. Don’t forget to ask lots of questions to make sure you know what you’re getting into. The most important thing is to make the best decision for you. **What problems is StoresOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you’re thinking about starting an online store but aren’t very tech-savvy, StoresOnline might be for you. They can help you build and maintain a website, and they even offer training. But it’s quite expensive, the reviews are mixed and my personal experience wasn't great. So, you should think carefully if it’s the right choice for you. ### 2. Instead they asked for more money, i couldn't even end my subscribtion to their "services". **What do you like best about StoresOnline?** Easy to navigate. User friendly interface. Costumer service rapide response. **What do you dislike about StoresOnline?** Lack of support by the costumer service agents. They try hard to empty your pockets. No refunds. **Recommendations to others considering StoresOnline:** Unless you want to get ripped off, don't use StoresOnline. **What problems is StoresOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was supposed to get help setting up my online buisness but i ended up paying lots of money to get very little in return. ### 4. The features of this program are easy to understand thus allows the beginners to start easily. Very user- friendly and quick to use. **What problems is StoresOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a great software that helps you making good sales of your product with its latest features and tools. It pricing is also good which makes it economical. ### 5. For example,if you use it for blogging, when you transmit the blog posts to your social media outlets, often times it loses the design elements -- formatting, graphics, video, etc. It also is very lacking in its ability to assist with SEO. **Recommendations to others considering StoresOnline:** Use this more for basic brick and mortar to internet store web design projects. Do not try to implement their tools on a more advanced business or website. **What problems is StoresOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to assist clients in the process of creating their own website to represent the brick and mortar stores they currently run.
