Storage Knight is inventory management software for homes and small businesses — home inventory, asset tracking and stock control in one simple app. Know what you own, where it is, what it's worth, and who has it. You organize things the way they exist in real life. Locations are your properties or buildings; Warehouses are the spaces inside them — a garage, a storage room, a wine cellar, a distribution center. Items live in warehouses with photos taken straight from your phone's camera, categories, providers, and purchase batches that track quantity, unit price and purchase date, with per-unit and total values kept in your own currency. Moving stock is visual: drag items into a truck, plane, boat or a person, send the transfer, and receive it on the other side. Partial quantities, shippers and tracking numbers, outbound approvals and receiving confirmations are built in — and anything that goes missing lands in Lost-In-Transfer with a full chain of custody and a 60-day recovery window. Assign tools or equipment to people like a project checkout. Sell or destroy items through approved disposals that leave an immutable record. Every change is written to a complete audit trail — who, what, when — and records are never deleted: sold, destroyed or lost items keep their history forever. Roles fit small teams: Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, plus per-location and per-warehouse owners. Members are never blocked — sensitive actions queue as Pending Actions for approval, with an inbox and an optional daily email digest. Pricing is the part buyers remember: every feature is on every plan, and you only pay for capacity — items, people, places and storage. Flat price per organization, never per seat. Photos can live in your own Google Drive or OneDrive so they don't count against plan storage.
