
I really appreciate Stitch for their expertise. They know Braze better than anyone else, even better than Braze themselves, which is impressive. They bring practical and applicable solutions to our problems due to their know-how and experience with the technology. Whenever we face an issue, we can rely on them to provide good recommendations on how to implement solutions via Braze. Their deep understanding of the tool and industry practices makes them valuable, especially when we need to leapfrog some of the problems we're experiencing. I would say a faster time to solution or time to value. Right now, I have a handful of projects that I'm working with them on. And I know that they know answers and can provide them in potentially a much quicker turnaround than they currently do. It takes a little bit longer than I would like them to, and there's iterations around presentations and solutions, and that's not necessarily what I need, especially when it's relatively easy stuff for them / sometimes what's needed is just a quick answer.
