**What do you like best about STARLING?**

The fact that the bank is free to use for business purposes

**What do you dislike about STARLING?**

Sometimes the bulk payment facility on the website can be temperamental but it is usually easy sorted.

**What problems is STARLING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my experience, there hasnt really been any problems solved, it essentially came down to cost of service

How easy everything is in palm of your hand.

**What do you dislike about STARLING?**

The comprehensive login on pc... Not bad at all in terms of security but it is taking some time.

Best bank for 21st century on the market

**What do you like best about STARLING?**

Starling has everything we were looking for for a business bank account - it integrates seamlessly with Xero, it has Apple Pay, it supports multiple directors and cards, the account is fully digital and has direct debits, and best of all - it's completely free

**What do you dislike about STARLING?**

I am sometimes worried that as a new bank or startup Starling might not be as reliable as other banks, but so far I've had no issues and not been affected at all by any problems. 

**Recommendations to others considering STARLING:**

Go with Starling from day 1. Don't bother with a high st bank. 

**What problems is STARLING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have seamless, real-time integration with Xero. Before, we were with HSBC, and not only did we pay for the account, but we also had to pay HSBC once a day to push transactions to Xero. Not only was this service terrible, but it was a rip off. With Starling we don't have this problem
