Staff4Half Reviews & Provider Details

Staff4Half matches US real estate businesses with dedicated LATAM virtual assistants — matched in under one week. We specialize exclusively in the real estate industry. That focus isn't a marketing angle — it's how we source, evaluate, and place talent. Every VA we match has real estate operations experience: transaction coordination, CRM management, listing support, lead follow-up, and back-office tasks that slow your agents down. - What we do: Real estate teams lose hours every week to tasks that don't require a licensed agent. Updating listings, coordinating inspections, chasing signatures, managing inboxes, posting on social media, pulling comps, following up on cold leads. These are real bottlenecks — and hiring locally to solve them is expensive and slow. Staff4Half provides dedicated remote VAs from Latin America who work in US time zones, communicate in English, and integrate directly into your team's workflow. No offshore delays. No timezone gaps. Your VA is available when you are. - Who we work with: Residential real estate agents and teams (1–10 agents) Real estate brokerages scaling operations Property management companies Real estate investors and wholesalers Transaction coordinators looking to delegate admin work What your VA can handle Transaction coordination support Listing management and MLS updates Lead follow-up and CRM data entry Appointment scheduling and calendar management Email inbox management Social media posting and content scheduling Buyer and seller research Document preparation and organization General administrative operations How it works We start with a short intake call to understand your business, your workflow, and the exact tasks you need covered. From there, we identify and present matched candidates within the week. Once you select your VA, we handle onboarding coordination and stay available if anything needs adjusting. If the match isn't right within the first three months, we replace at no additional cost. - Pricing: Fixed monthly fee — everything included. No hourly tracking, no surprise invoices. You know what you're paying from day one. - Why real estate teams choose Staff4Half: Matched in under one week VAs work in US time zones — no offshore delays Real estate operations focus, not general VA placement Fixed monthly pricing, fully transparent Free replacement within the first 3 months No exit fees
