StackLyft is job management software built for Australian trade businesses, from single-van operators to teams of thirty or more. Customers, sites and contacts sit in one list that syncs both ways with Xero, so details are never keyed in twice. Itemised quotes go out the same day and you can see when a customer opens one. Accept it and the job is already created. Each job carries its quote, schedule, materials, timesheets, purchase orders and site photos together. Field staff clock in with GPS, complete JSA forms and capture photos from the mobile app on iOS and Android. Invoices build from the completed job automatically and sync to Xero. Reporting covers labour markup, material margin, quote win rate and profit per job. Momo, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about your live data in plain English.
