## About Stackdrop
Stackdrop builds governed internal tools on Retool for mid-market and enterprise teams across EMEA. We are an Official Retool Development Partner and have held Retool's certification for three years running, which gives us a direct line to Retool's EMEA engineering and support teams and a documented escalation path when platform questions arise. For the IT, legal, and procurement teams who sign off on internal software, that certification is the credential they check first. Every engagement starts with a specific operational problem: a workflow running on spreadsheets, a manual handoff creating compliance risk, a support team opening six tools to resolve one ticket. The output is a working system that replaces the workaround, connected to the client's systems of record, with role-based access, audit logging, and configured permissions built in rather than bolted on. Stackdrop has delivered for regulated and high-scale organisations including Saxo Bank, Deloitte, Springer Nature, Pernod Ricard, and Pico Clinics. Our builds connect to the systems teams already run, from PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake to Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Stripe, and Okta. Engagements take four shapes. A discovery sprint scopes the problem and produces a build proposal with architecture recommendations and an integration map. A build engagement ships the production application and handover package, typically across 4 to 12 weeks. A governance retainer covers SLA response, change requests, and monitoring after launch. Training enables a client's own team to maintain and extend what was delivered. The difference is governance. Audit logs, role boundaries, deploy gates, and a named owner are part of the build, so a tool holds up when a SOC 2 reviewer asks who can do what. That is the standard that separates a production-ready system from a prototype, and it is the work Stackdrop is built around.
