StableTrack is a cloud-based veterinary practice management system built specifically for equine practices. It runs in any web browser and includes a companion iOS app, so it works in the clinic and on ambulatory barn calls. The platform consolidates scheduling, patient records, clinical documentation, billing and invoicing, inventory, and barn-level service management into a single application. Its data model is designed for equine work with multiple owners per horse, trainers, barns, and equine-specific measurements, rather than adapted from small-animal software. Clinical records carry through to invoices without re-entering data. StableTrack includes a built-in AI assistant available on every screen. Using voice or text, it can book appointments, create invoices, add patients, and draft SOAP notes from dictation. The vet reviews all AI-generated content before saving; the assistant does not diagnose, recommend treatments, or make clinical decisions. StableTrack is built for solo ambulatory equine vets and multi-vet equine practices looking to replace paper charts, spreadsheets, or generic practice management software.
