Squirrly SEO by AISQ Reviews & Product Details

I like that Squirrly SEO by AISQ is actually fairly in-depth, allowing you to do a lot with it. It's more in-depth than I fully understand, which shows its robust capabilities. I really like its AI integration, which has been around for quite some time. It helps keep track of keyword research and offers recommendations. I like those types of features, even though many tools offer similar capabilities these days. To my recollection, Squirrly SEO by AISQ was one of the first to integrate AI features more than others did.

Additionally, the LTD pricing would make it "worth it" they actually bothered to update the UI. Integrations need work, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yeah, the UI is terrible. It's really bad, not very intuitive and looks like it was made back in the early 2000s. The documentation or videos are pretty bad too. The owner doesn't want to listen to the community saying the UI is bad and needs a refresh. Every user I've spoken to agrees the UI is bad. Even influencers in the WordPress community have said the same. The response to the critique was not about improving it, just changing color, like that's not a UI improvement. The user experience and interface design leave a lot to be desired. For beginners, it’s not very inviting, and there's a learning curve that isn’t as easily navigable as with other tools. Setup was just okay, not particularly easy. It seems outdated; the plugin interface and video documentation haven't been updated in years. I'd rate it a four out of ten for ease of setup.

It doesn't work will with Bricks Builder, and the owner doesn't seem like he wants to do anything to fix it. It's been bad for ages.

Even the whitelabel feature, which could have actually been cool is inconsistent. In some places you'll see the whitelabel name you pick. In other instances of the name showing up, it'll say "Custom SEO" and yet in others it'll say Squirrly Newton v 14.55.432.41" ... C'mon. Be consistent. Nobody wants to see the entire version number.

Oh and don't get me started on the support - still waiting 4 days for support to even acknowledge my issues.

I'm not sure if what there is to "like" is outweighing all the things there are to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is user-friendly, and the SEO tips are practical and easy to follow—even for beginners. I especially like the real-time analysis that helps me improve my content step by step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features take a little time to fully understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve needed help with a few things along the way (e.g. when I pushed my staging site live and needed to transfer the settings in Squirrly to live, which ended up being really easy but support didn’t make me feel dumb for asking :). I’ve been using Ai to help guide me through the full process of getting everything set up correctly since there’s so much to dive into, but I’ve also used their support docs as well which seem to be kept up to date and break things down in lots of detail. If/when I need anything beyond that, I've reached out to support to talk to someone and they've always been able to guide me in the right direction.

I’ve been using Squirrly for a few years lightly and have been happy with it, but this is the first time I’m building a new site for the ground up with it and that’s what’s helping me learn a lot more about the capabilities here. I've been using it daily during the site set up and content build and think I'll be using it at least weekly for rank tracking and etc. going forward.

I would say it’s helpful to know some SEO and if you don’t, use some of their docs to learn (or any online free learning platform; I think Google even has some). Then set yourself up by understanding the basics with this one before you try to deep dive. So far, it has everything I want and I’m still learning that there’s more, which is great; I won't be outgrowing it any time soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can feel overwhelming! There are tons of options and there is a guided tour along with benchmarks to help make sure you are set up to start using the product, but with so many options, it's hard to absorb the basics without getting a little lost along the way. I feel it's like anything though - you have to use it to learn it. I felt the same way about Adobe products back in the day and then they became like second nature to me even though new features and tools were always popping up, too. I was using RankMath but after using this app I have found it is a great product in comparison. Really Happy with the product easy to use and set up and at such a great price. It works really well with WordPress and easy to switch from WordPress to Squirley. Now I am using it on all my sites everyday because it is so easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would like to see is a built in use with BricksbuilderBricks Builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Squirlly is super user-friendly which is one of the reasons I decided to use it as a content moderator myself. Its perfect whether you are a beginniner or have tons of experience. I would also like to add that their customer support is tremendous. They are responsive and practice what they preach and in a few instances they have gone above and beyond the call t ohelp me out. I am truly pleased with the result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the keyword research hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used free versions of other popular SEO tools for a long time and was hesitant to pay monthly. Then I saw this deal on AppSumo and I am so happy I went for it. I am SEO beginner so it was very helpful to receive tips and advice on how to improve my pages. The SEO audit feature provided me with deep insights into how I can improve my websites performance, thanks to actionable insights and integration with Wordpress. I also found the keyword recommendations relevant and will keep updating my content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GUI could have been improved, but it doesn't affect the functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Squirrly SEO has been a game-changer for me as a beginner transitioning from Yoast. Its intuitive interface and step-by-step guide make SEO feel approachable and manageable. I love the real-time feedback, keyword suggestions, and progress tracking, which help me improve while learning. It’s beginner-friendly yet effective, perfect for anyone looking to grow their SEO skills with ease. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislike. Sometimes I feel myself beginner but it's a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Focus pages feature, makes it easy to optimize 1 page at a time. It has a beginner and advanced mode, has keyword research and internal linking features, and I can use it to rank non WordPress websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about Squirrly. I am very happy with my purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I must say, I am very impressed. It is very user friendly. I am no SEO expert, but having every step so clearly put in front of me.....it's awesome.

All I have to do is just click and confirm.

None of the SEO plugins compare to SQUIRRLY at this moment.

Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I still have to learn all it does :) and click all the buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Squirrly has helped my team to focus in other parts of the business due to the easy way of improving all SEO goals. Thank you so much!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
