The best part for me is the way it handle scheduling and automating the reports. Before I was doing things manual and wasting lot of time, now I can just setup once and the tool deliver reports by email or other format without me doing nothing. What I most like SQL-RD is the chance to not only automate classical reports,but also job routines ,that are not necessarily linked by sending a report.In fact it is very easy to setup a job via GUI by clicking on custom actions button and then select your kind of job such as run a program, send a copy of a document and so on. What I don't like is that it is not an open source solution and as consequence we need to rely on their support that I assume to be expensive. Another negative point is that code is not readable and this could be a weakness in terms of security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's user friendly. The rich GUI and interface helps both developers and customers have a great experience working with this tool. Plus it's very easy to build complex functionality in reports using simple sql statements and adding few formulas. Bar chart are the most commonly feature used. It would have been really great if there was a mechanism to have dual axis functionality in SSRS reports. Currently to display different variations of a single data set, one has to create separate dashboards and views which is never a very good idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
